I watched money walk out the door every month because one person was manually cross-referencing paper documents against policy requirements before submitting claims. Every error was a chargeback. Every chargeback was lost revenue. The problem was obvious. The solution felt out of reach — until it wasn't.
I had never written a line of code. I had a subscription and a problem I understood better than any developer ever could. That turned out to be enough.
My version was a workplace problem. I built it. It worked. Then I built this — LuKai — because once you've done it once, you start seeing all the ideas that should exist and don't.

The age of innovation moves at the speed of a heartbeat now — internet, social, video — and if your only barrier was the money it used to cost to build software, that barrier is gone. I'm not selling this course. I won't ever sell it. Search "AI course" right now and you'll get a hundred results. Almost all of them are paid. You can't tell from outside which ones will actually help you until you've already bought — and the people who'd benefit most are the ones least able to gamble money to find out. I could never pull the trigger on one. I don't expect you to either.
So this stays free. If LuKai ever earns anything someday, it'll be from people who want to invest in where this is going — never from individuals trying to get themselves unstuck. If even one person who'd given up on their idea ends up bringing it to life because of this, that's enough for me.
